Countdown Widget for iPhone: keep the next date in sight

The most useful countdown is the one you do not have to remember to open. A widget gives your next moment a permanent, quiet place on your iPhone.

Add an Antici widget

  1. 1Create the event you want to see first.
  2. 2Touch and hold your Home Screen, then add the Antici widget.
  3. 3Choose a small, medium, or large layout and select an event if prompted.
  4. 4For the Lock Screen, add Antici from the widget gallery and keep the countdown even closer.

Choose a size for the moment

A small widget keeps the next date close. Larger layouts give the photo and title more breathing room. The Lock Screen options favor the number of days and the event name.

Keep it specific

One event per widget is usually clearer than a rotating list. Pin your trip while it is approaching, then swap in the next birthday or holiday when the day has passed.
